 Many online presences are represented by simple HTML display pages. This is fine for brochure or display sites that rarely ever need to have the content updated.
For a site that requires constant updating of news, products, special offers, competitions, price lists etc. we prefer to link the pages to a database that stores the information to be displayed.
This information can be added to, edited, updated or deleted at will by an administrator that has been registered for this purpose. |

One or more administrators may be set up as users on the site. They may be allocated different clearance levels to control which part of the site each is permitted to update. After logging in they will be presented with a selection of simple functions allowing them to change relevant site details, upload new images, update price lists, or whatever you choose.
At COOP we create user-friendly functions that are largely self-explanatory. In case of difficulty we offer on-site training where required (usually at no extra charge). |
